well. i ran again! i know i keep bragging about this, but i can't believe i've done 15km in 3 days. hehehe.i timed my 5 km run at 39 minutes...i know its very slow, but today was rainy and muddy and all the WILDLIFE came out. i spent hal my time concentrating on not stepping on snails and frogs that i lost track of my pace, and towards the end, i was almost flat coz i spent too much energy at the start...

okay. tonite liverpool match. BIG BIG Match...a must win basically. shud be exciting. go reds! and rafa. stop complaining. i think u had spent quite a lot already.
