anyways, got my "new" bowling ball. will take pics when i free. i think i'll do a photoshoot for my balls. sounds super wrong ah. well, the ball is not all that new. its at least 4 years old. super old huh? its an Ebonite Predator. before collecting it, read many reviews and noticed that this ball is damn high-end and really versatile. its ugly (many replugging marks) but i dont care how it looks coz as long as i throw it, it performs man! it damn shiok. although my roll-off scores for yesterday was (well...shit), i never felt so good for quite some time. it felt super satisfying whenever i throw. it hooks so much that my plans for the balls will be changed. at first, james (my coach) intended to get the Predator to be shine ball (for dry conditions), so i'll continue using my Hammer Diesel as my oily-lane ball. but when he saw me throw it yesterday, it skidded like mad. well, the surface is like DEAD liao. so, shine or dull, still not much use. however, james thinks that my dear old Diesel still has a part to play. haha. so i think 2moro wanna go shine up the ball and see how it performs. lol. that ball will look damn weird when its shiny lah coz it has been dull for 4 years now. then, my "new" ball will replace it as the main dull ball. so 2moro second roll-off, need to increase my average man! its like 120+ lah. dammit. must make it for the NUS invitationals in 2 weeks time. can't wait for holidays! monday last! woohoo! then tuesday to thursday got bowling chalet. lalalala. time to chill and relax. then, during holidays, can chiong bowling training on my own already. hahaha. have fun guys! wish good luck to me. haha. hopefully i can make it into the team! |
